Free Health Fair 8/31/2016!

Chota Community Health Services, in partnership with East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and sponsored by the Fund for Monroe County, will be hosting a FREE Health Fair on August 31st, 2016. It will be at our new clinic at 4798 New Highway 68 in Madisonville! It will start at 10:00am until 4:00pm. We will be providing free health screens, physicals, PAP smears, prostate exams, lung function testing, hearing screens, and basic fasting labs. There will be no charge for any of these services, so if you know someone who could benefit, please pass this information on! If you don't need the services but you'd just like to meet some of our team and see our new facility, please come on out! We look forward to seeing you!
